Peak Pivot Supply LLC is a Washington State company. We buy products from brands and their authorized distributors and sell them on Amazon. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, protect and share it, and when we delete it.

Information we collect
When you visit this website
This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or ads. Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so they can send you the page and keep the site secure.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google states that it doesn't use this information to build profiles of visitors or for targeted advertising, and handles it under the Google Privacy Policy.
Tracking across websites and Do Not Track
No other company collects information through this website about your activity over time or across other websites. Because we don't track visitors, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
When you email us
We receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your company name and product details.
When we work with your brand
We keep business contact details, account applications, purchase orders, invoices and supply records for the brands and distributors we buy from.
From Amazon
We connect to Amazon's Selling Partner API to run our own seller account: orders, inventory, fees and reports. We don't request access to Amazon customers' personal information. Amazon handles customers' orders, payments and deliveries under the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss working together.
- To open supplier accounts, place and pay for orders, and keep the records that trace every unit we sell back to its source.
- To run our Amazon store and make our own selling decisions.
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal duties.
We never sell or rent personal information.
How we store and protect it
- Email and business documents are stored with Google.
- Access is limited to the company's owner.
- Our Google and Amazon accounts use two-step verification.
- The computer we work on has an encrypted disk and a firewall turned on.
- Information sent to and from Amazon's systems travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- The keys for our Amazon connection are stored encrypted and never placed in code or shared.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:
- Google, for email and documents.
- Anthropic, whose AI assistant Claude helps us read and organize business information inside our own working sessions (Anthropic Privacy Policy).
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and forwards email sent to info@peakpivotsupply.com.
- Amazon, the marketplace where we sell.
We also share information when the law requires it. We never share Amazon data with other sellers or companies.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
- Emails and supplier records: as long as we work together, and afterward for as long as tax and legal record-keeping rules require.
- Data from Amazon's Selling Partner API: kept only as long as we need it for selling decisions, bookkeeping or legal and tax requirements. We delete it within 30 days of Amazon asking, our authorization ending, our API connection ending, or no longer being entitled to it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@peakpivotsupply.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
If something goes wrong
If a security incident affects your information, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires, and notify Amazon when Amazon data is involved.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll also email you about it.
